They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Account Manager to manage dealer accounts, respond to inquiries, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners
Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product recommendations
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and support
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify customer needs and sales growth opportunities
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Water treatment industry experience is a plus, but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
