Responsibilities

Participates in an on-call rotation and supports the team’s effort to provide 24x7 PACS support to radiology and cardiology imaging departments

Supports primary and secondary facilities during each shift and when on-call, with occasional travel

Collaborates with various departments to streamline documentation workflows and supports the implementation of best practices in imaging documentation

Develops and maintains a robust knowledge of the product initiatives and categories supported, ensuring data integrity and effective communication of findings. Other duties as assigned

Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves intermediate PACS incidents and requests via the service ticketing system for imaging-related software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to established service level agreements and ticket processing guidelines
