Service Experts is a leading company in the heating and air conditioning industry, and they are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst. The role involves supporting treasury and debt management activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital management, while acting as a liaison between finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Support the maintenance of the overall capital structure, including compliance with all lender deliverables and debt covenants

Prepares debt, cash and interest forecasts for planning purposes

Supports on-going requirements for securitization financing by completing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements

Monitors operational requirements including debt performance triggers and compliance with borrower and supporting obligations

Support cash management functions including daily cash positioning, payment processing, and bank account maintenance

Data analysis and monitoring of collateral to support corporate and line of business specific debt

Assist in the optimization of the overall capital structure by providing support through various financing initiatives

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes

Ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support internal and external stakeholders

Qualification

Finance DegreeTreasury ExperienceAdvanced ExcelCFA/CPA/CMA/CTPMS Office ProficiencyData AnalysisCommunication SkillsAttention to DetailDecision-Making Skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline

2-4 years of finance related experience

Advanced Excel skills

Advanced Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point

Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large quantities of data to identify trends, assess commercial impacts, and communicate results or recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines

Ability to prioritize, critically analyze, solve and where appropriate, escalate issues

Strong decision-making and analytical skills
