Lead a dedicated team that helps patients navigate and enroll in health coverage programs like Medi-Cal and Covered California
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide hands-on support to staff and applicants
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in social services, health education, public health, or related field—or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in health coverage enrollment (Medi-Cal / Covered California or Cal Fresh)
2+ years of supervisory or lead experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong knowledge of public health insurance programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in social services, health education, public health, or other health related field
Two (2) years of health coverage enrollment experience
Certified Enrollment Counselor (CEC) certification
Completion of a Supervisory Certificate Program
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience working with underserved populations
