Responsibilities
Analyzing patients’ conditions, situations, and needs, in conjunction with the supervising physician
Providing high-quality nursing care through supervision of on-site caregivers, case conferences, home assessments, diagnoses care plans, and team exits
Evaluating, planning for, and recommending field staffing requirements in accordance with agency requirements
Ensuring that each nurse, aide, medical social worker, and rehabilitation specialists works within guidelines of our agency
Acting as mediator with patients, physicians, case managers, families, and staff
Qualification
Required
Current valid Registered Nurse license
At least five years' experience in clinical care in a health care setting
Managerial experience
Excellent nursing skills
High level of initiative
Responsible
Good communication skills
Managerial capabilities
Ability to work well with others
Preferred
Home Health or Hospice experience
