As the HVAC Field Supervisor, you will leverage your deep residential installation experience to perform installations, troubleshoot heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and processes.

Responsibilities

Perform Manual J calculations for Manual S equipment selection

Pre-installation walk throughs to ensure estimates are accurate

Perform maintenance calls and troubleshoot heat pump system issues

Remove existing HVAC equipment and install new heat pump systems

No upselling required; we have a separate sales team so you can do what you do best

Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems

Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Learn about new smart home technologies as they are added to our product portfolio
