Maintenance Staff/Handyperson

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and safety systems
Perform floor care, drywall repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep
Complete vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
Track supplies, order equipment, and manage invoices
Respond to emergency work orders and occasional after-hours calls

Required

High school diploma/GED required
At least 1 year of facilities maintenance experience (2+ years or technical training preferred)

Valid driver's license (MO Class E or Kansas Class C); ability to travel locally
