They are seeking a Receiving Material Handler to facilitate the efficient and accurate receipt and storage of materials used in manufacturing processes, playing an integral role in the production team.

Responsibilities

Maintain a calendar of incoming materials and developing plans for the off-loading of materials

Accurately fulfill department requisitions and deliver parts throughout factory

Responsible for material inspections

Review purchase orders

Ensure proper documentation of materials is complete

Accurately follow material control procedures

Effectively communicate with procurement staff, supervisors, and relevant production staff regarding material deliveries

Responsible for material inventory and material storage

Meet critical deadlines and schedules

Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Perform general site clean-up and preparation tasks

Move materials safely and effectively through the factory with the required equipment
