Senior Technical Account Manager
Remedio is a pioneering platform that automates configuration security for connected devices, and they are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead discovery sessions and conduct platform demonstrations. The role involves partnering with the sales team to enhance sales cycles and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions, conduct platform demos and technical PoVs
Translate complex customer business requirements into technical solutions
Serve as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
Clearly articulate Remedio’s value to address our customers’ needs
Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers and partners
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Enterprise B2B experience in a technical customer-facing role
Strong writing, verbal, and technical presentation skills
Proven ability to engage audiences at multiple levels - from VP level to end users
Broad knowledge of the IT/OT security and compliance space and products
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering successful outcomes on complex initiatives
Strong team player who knows how to thrive independently as well
Preferred
Broad knowledge of scripting languages - an advantage
2+ years of experience selling an endpoint security solution – big advantage
