Process transactions accurately
Assist with account questions
Help members understand the products and services that best fit their needs
Stay up to date on banking policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure transactions
Promote and cross-sell financial products that help members achieve their financial goals
Work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and growing your skills along the way
Represent MCCU with professionalism and genuine care for our members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and cash handling
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
