Responsibilities
Lead and manage precast design teams to deliver high-quality drafting solutions on multiple projects, on budget
Oversee project schedules, team assignments, and quality control for structural work
Coordinate technical requirements with clients, engineers, designers, and other disciplines
Support pricing, proposals, and business development efforts for the Precast Division
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure excellence in performance
Design and review structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities, including steel, concrete, and masonry
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the design or detailing of precast concrete systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with REVIT and TEKLA a plus
Proven leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
