Responsibilities
Write fundraising letters that connect emotionally with donors and motivate action
Revise copy based on detailed editorial feedback
Proofread your work (and others’) with extreme attention to detail
Manage assignments independently and meet real production deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong writing ability (a writing test is required before an offer is made)
Coachability and a willingness to apply direct, critical feedback
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
Comfort writing in support of conservative ideas and causes
Full-time availability onsite in Winchester, VA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Writing ability matters more than credentials
