Responsibilities
Manage construction of pool, modular guest units, and landscaping
Coordinate permitting, subcontractors, material delivery, and vendor installation
Align timelines and budgets with the VP of Land Development
Interface with modular manufacturers and ensure site readiness for delivery
Track field-level updates, delays, and cost impacts
Ensure quality and safety standards throughout the project
Qualification
Required
5+ years in residential construction or land development, ideally with modular/PB experience
Proven ability to manage pools, accessory units, and complex logistics in desert climates
Experience with permitting, inspections, and scheduling subcontractors
Excellent organization and accountability skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Google Sheets, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to work onsite in southern Arizona throughout construction duration
