Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies
Lead and manage the social media team to achieve engagement and growth goals
Oversee the creation and distribution of content across all social media platforms
Ensure all social media content aligns with MLF’s brand and messaging
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing and communications plans
Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide reports on key metrics
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms
Facilitate and manage relationships with external content creators and influencers
Develop and manage social media budgets
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in social media management
Proficiency in social media tools and platforms
Proficiency in content creation for digital platforms
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Knowledge of the tournament bass-fishing industry
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Certification or additional degree
Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards
