Responsibilities

Manage on-site engineering resources related to services such as laboratory, RMAS, airworthiness and configuration management

Develop engineering standards and tools, contribute to homogenize the processes across 3 different design offices to assure a high level of service performance

Be accountable for the Knowledge Management process at all stages of our product life cycle

Is responsible for the engineering tools such as CAD, PLM, CFD, or customized tools

Identify, create or update procedures/instructions with the help of the extended engineering team

Contribute to the skills strategy definition and its deployment. Local Engineering Director Representative

Manage engineering services allocation, sizing and skills based on needs and priorities

Technical review and approval of the engineering report coming from his/her teams

Definition and update of local engineering department budget in coordination with the engineering director and local management

Measure department performance through indicators and implement improvement plans in accordance with targets

Built and deploy the improvement plan established in coordination with the engineering management board
