They are seeking a Representative – After-Sales Service to supervise installation teams and coordinate furniture installations across Canada and the United States while ensuring client specifications are met.

Responsibilities

Supervise movers and installers directly on-site at client locations
Coordinate overall furniture installation in student residences and hotels in Canada and the U.S., according to client specifications
Travel to client sites to address after-sales service calls
Plan and assess sales-related needs for each installation
Organize logistics resources and staffing for installation projects
Install and assemble one or two “model rooms” in hotel projects
Represent the company at client sites and ensure installations meet established standards

Required

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both teams and clients
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience
Essential bilingualism (spoken and written French and English)
Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry
Valid Canadian driver's license and passport
Must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for vehicle rentals abroad
Availability for a variable work schedule, including weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs
