This role is essential in supporting our service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients by providing accurate parts information and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and selection
Accurately look up, price, and sell automotive parts and accessories
Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and bin organization
Communicate with vendors and track incoming shipments
Follow dealership procedures and maintain a clean, organized parts department
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Previous automotive parts or dealership experience
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack, or similar DMS
