Responsibilities
Model Development: Create and maintain AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit models for civil, structural, and coastal resiliency projects
Construction Documentation: Produce accurate drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations to support project execution
BIM Coordination: Manage interdisciplinary BIM workflows, facilitate clash detection, and support model-based design reviews
Project Support: Assist with RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation to ensure timely responses and project continuity
Standards & Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings meet project BIM standards, QA/QC requirements, and client specifications
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 5+ years using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit for BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio in civil, structural, or coastal resiliency projects
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D, with familiarity in clash detection tools and construction documentation workflows
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of civil and structural design principles, coastal resiliency, construction detailing, and site development
Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
