Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization
Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress
Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications
Responsible for overall delivery of software components which meet functional specifications & product requirements
Automate component & integration tests
Collaborating with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery
Good knowledge of secure coding practices
Be fearless and try out new open source technologies/frameworks to solve business problems
Be fungible in a full stack team and own all aspects of delivering business applications
Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents
Operational support with change and incident management processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of Hands On Experience in Java or Python
At least 4 years of experience SailPoint IdentityIQ
At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting IGA Rules, workflows and customizations
At least 4 years of experience in any Databases in writing SQL Queries to extract data
At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting end user issues
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications
4+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)
4+ years of experience troubleshooting end user issues in Access Certifications
3+ years of experience with NetIQ
3+ years of experience with Cyber Security Domain specifically IAM
2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP
Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java or Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML or SOAP, JSF
ITIL Certification
