Responsibilities

Lead and support the company’s Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Planning) process at corporate and site levels

Facilitate Value Stream & Value Chain Mapping to identify improvement opportunities and training needs

Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to prioritize and execute Lean & Six Sigma projects

Develop and manage Lean & Six Sigma training plans and certification programs across all belt levels

Lead high-impact Black Belt projects (>$500K/project) aligned with strategic goals

Champion the deployment of the company’s Production System (SPS) and drive performance KPIs across the enterprise

Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams to ensure timely completion and certification success

Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) using PK, A3, and Apollo methodologies

Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop intelligent dashboards and data tracking systems for continuous improvement metrics

Benchmark internal and external best practices to advance Lean & Six Sigma maturity
