Responsibilities

Own and drive U.S. sales and business development activities, with clear revenue and growth targets
Generate new business across subscriptions, advertising, sponsorships, conferences, and special projects
Build and monetize relationships with Jewish organizations, federations, umbrella bodies, academic institutions, and community leaders
Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
Develop strategic commercial collaborations with nonprofits, corporations, and institutions engaged with Jewish and intellectual audiences
Work independently while coordinating closely with global leadership, editorial, and marketing teams

Required

Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in media, publishing, content, or community-driven organizations
Strong existing network within U.S. Jewish communities and related institutions
Demonstrated ability to close complex, relationship-based deals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Preferred

Experience working with federations, nonprofits, academic institutions, or mission-driven organizations – a strong advantage
Preference for candidates based in the New York area
