Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions

Lead overall clinic operations, ensuring a positive patient experience and strong clinical outcomes

Support and mentor clinicians, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence

Manage clinic scheduling, workflow, caseload balance, and productivity with the support of AI-driven tools that help reduce documentation time

Drive community engagement initiatives to build the clinic’s reputation and patient volume

Document care accurately in Raintree EMR

Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week while supporting clinic operations
