This role combines administrative excellence with creative marketing support, ensuring smooth transactions while contributing to the growth and visibility of the team’s brand.

Responsibilities
Manage all administrative duties related to real estate transactions from contract to close
Serve as the main point of contact for agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
Review contracts, addendums, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance
Track key dates and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all transaction milestones
Maintain organized transaction files in accordance with brokerage and legal requirements
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closings while keeping all parties informed
Provide consistent communication updates to ensure a smooth client experience
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts (limited), listing presentations, and email campaigns
Coordinate listing launches, scheduling photography, writing property descriptions, and managing MLS input
Support marketing campaigns, community events, and client appreciation initiatives
Track and report marketing performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
Proficient with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms)
Dependable, professional, and a positive team player
Preferred
Experience in real estate or transaction coordination is preferred but not required
