Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment
Take ownership of advanced preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
Analyze root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term solutions
Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on technical challenges
Partner with engineering to assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and automation projects
Ensure detailed documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and part usage
Maintain strict adherence to safety policies, LOTO procedures, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Technical diploma or equivalent training in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or mechatronics
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Proficient with multimeters, hand tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
Basic understanding of PLC systems and controls is a plus
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
