Pilson Auto Centers is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Administrator to join their dealership’s service department. This role serves as the key liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience while managing administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner

Listen to customer concerns, accurately document service needs, and translate them into clear repair orders

Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, and estimated costs

Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process

Review completed work and handle the vehicle delivery process with the customer

Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns

Open and close work orders in the dealership’s service management system (CDK)

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians for availability

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, warranties, and services performed

Process payments, warranty claims, and invoice paperwork in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Assist with inventory tracking of parts and service-related supplies

Support service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks as needed
