Territory Manager
Sexton Auctioneers is seeking a Territory Manager to develop business relationships with Heavy Equipment owners in various industries in southern Missouri. The role involves informing clients about auction services and ensuring client satisfaction while growing sales.

Responsibilities
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
Present auction services to prospective customers
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Monitor competition within assigned region
Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Heavy Equipment (Heavy Ag and Construction Equipment)
This position requires self-motivated person
MUST HAVE Prior Sales Experience
Computer literacy
Knowledge and Operation of Heavy Equipment and other Machinery
Proven experience as a Territory Manager
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication/People skills
Strong work ethic
Organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude
