Responsibilities

Launch projects by partnering with stakeholders to define key milestones and definitions of done, designing and driving implementation plans through to completion

Drive and/or support multiple concurrent workstreams or projects through to completion including include change management principles and activities

Drive work based on defined priorities; maintain routines, scope of deliverables, timelines, and identify risks and issues and escalate as needed

Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

Collaborate with internal partners to drive work

Identify ways to improve and streamline business process

Required

Bachelor's degree or military experience

At least 3 years of experience in project or process management

Project Leadership: You have a proven track record of project management experience, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work

You're detail and process-oriented and adeptly manage several projects and initiatives at once with supportive direction

You have relentlessly high standards and pay attention to the smallest details in concert with the big picture
