Responsibilities
Will offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels
Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments
Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department
Assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs
Ensure a positive experience for our clients
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience in the automotive finance department
Proven success rate in automotive finance
Exceptional communication skills with peers and customers
Ability to offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers
Thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
Complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
Ability to process financing and leasing deals accurately
Securing approval through financial sources
Understanding and compliance with federal, state and local regulations affecting new and used-vehicle and finance departments
Ability to create and maintain a program with the sales department for new sales referrals to the F&I department
Assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs
Ensure a positive experience for clients
