Responsibilities
Full ownership of my calendar, inbox triage, and follow-ups across multiple ventures
Scheduling across investors, government, partners, legal, and vendors
Fundraising logistics and operational coordination
Building systems, processes, and order as complexity scales
Day-to-day financial hygiene across companies
Expense tracking, reimbursements, receipts, and invoicing
Proficiency in QuickBooks, billing, and basic accounting workflows
Preparing payments, financial summaries, and reports (final approvals remain with me)
Acting as liaison with CPAs, bookkeepers, and external financial partners
Tracking action items, deadlines, and open loops relentlessly
Coordinating domestic and international travel
Supporting select personal and executive logistics
Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience supporting a founder/executive or in ops, consulting, venture, finance, or high-growth startups
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Strong written communication and judgment
Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and responsibility
Interested in growing into an operations, finance, or Chief of Staff–type role
U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S
Eligible to work with ITAR-sensitive information
Willing to work hybrid / in-person in Great Neck, NY
Proficient in QuickBooks, billing, and basic accounting workflows
Willing to sign NDA and ITAR acknowledgment
