Qualification
Required
Experience in procurement and supply chain management

Ability to monitor inventory and ensure compliance with state laws and agency requirements
Strong organizational skills to oversee purchasing and inventory
Ability to act on behalf of the PSS4 as needed
Experience in providing services and equipment necessary for highway construction, maintenance, and operations
