Lead the review of design and construction plans
Coordinate contract plan reviews and construction inspections along state highway facilities
Ensure all work complies with WSDOT standards and technical, legal, and procedural requirements
Support the Development Services Manager by coordinating with developers, WSDOT Headquarters, and local agencies
Respond to engineering inquiries
Conduct field reviews for ADA compliance
Provide monthly status reports on active construction projects
Assist Regional Project Development staff during peak demand
Support planning office sections with engineering analyses, concept plans, cost estimates, and related functions
