Responsibilities

Handle all event logistics including venue bookings, catering orders, transportation coordination (if needed), dinner reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the briefing schedule

Manage all aspects of the physical EBC space, including room setup, A/V coordination, and ensuring a pristine environment for all sessions

Own the EBC calendar, managing holds, invitations, confirmations, and communication with internal and external attendees regarding scheduling details

Manage all internal speaker coordination, including scheduling preparatory calls, confirming attendance, communicating logistical details, and ensuring all presentation materials (slides, demos, collateral) are finalized and available for the briefing

Curate and manage the inventory of executive-level amenities and swag, ensuring a high-quality, professional guest experience

Assist the Head of EBC with tracking and reconciling all logistical expenses and overall budget

Coordinate Executive Briefing Center activities globally, managing operations and stakeholders remotely
