Responsibilities
Lead Helix’s data visualization efforts by simplifying access to data
Build compelling dashboards that enable actionable insights for our customers
Work closely with Helix’s Science, Product, and Operations teams to develop clear data views for complex domains
Develop a strong domain understanding of genomics, infectious disease, and healthcare data at large
Enable internal teams to build dashboards using advanced analytics, interactive design patterns, and aesthetic best practices to tell the story within the data
Work with other data engineers and scientists to transform complex datasets into clean interfaces that power visualizations
Automate report generation and delivery to our customers and internal stakeholders
Develop code from prototype to production, ad hoc to high availability
Mentor other engineers to reinforce a culture of learning and teaching
Qualification
Required
