Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M+
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
Review shop drawings, submittals, material takeoffs, and contract documents
Coordinate field crews, installation schedules, and resolve site issues proactively
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
Work closely with estimators, engineers, and operations to transition awarded projects into execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing, curtainwall, or exterior façade systems
Strong knowledge of glass and aluminum systems, including storefront, curtainwall, and unitized systems
Reading blueprints, architectural plans, and technical shop drawings
