Provider Network Operations Specialist

The Provider Network Operations Specialist will foster and maintain relationships across departments, support key performance indicators, and assist with provider relations to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
Establish key relationships both internally and externally
Evaluate and organize list of initiatives and priorities
Monitor and address emails from both internal and external constituents
Support and assist with Key Performance Indicators
Initiating and maintaining effective channels of communication across multiple teams
Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information related to projects / initiatives
Responsible for maintaining relationships with healthcare providers
Managing multiple competing priorities to assist with achieving company strategies and goals
Maintain a working knowledge of basic medical / health plan related terminology
Assist in regulatory compliance activities as directed
Conduct pre-signature contract reviews
Assist providers in ERA and EFT enrollment
Other duties as directed
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge and understanding of provider relations activities
PC Proficiency and skills to include MS Office Suite Products and Google Products
A proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal teams
Good analytical skills and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Ability to create presentations, training documents, reports, and analytical graphs
Highly organized and self-driven
Minimum 5+ years related experience, proven and proficient in provider relations
Preferred
A minimum of 3 years' experience in client services, provider services or contract management
Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at execution and delivery skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
