Mid LevelPumpTex, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Retail Petroleum Service Technician to provide excellent customer service, repairs, and maintenance to the gas stations in the San Antonio area. The role requires troubleshooting petroleum equipment systems and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Responsibilities
Communicate respectfully in person and over the phone with our clients and team members
Respond to a variety of service calls (including emergency response and after hours when on-call)
Participate in a required rotating on-call schedule (1 week of on-call every 5 weeks)
Repair and maintain dispensers, turbines, UST tank top equipment, UST monitoring equipment, and dispenser calibration
Track inventory on the company vehicle to ensure that you have all the equipment you need to help our clients
Assist in managing client expectations through correct judgments, sound decisions, and technical knowledge
Following up with clients to make sure they are taken care of
Keep up to date on new equipment launches and industry compliance, and participate in ongoing training
Work with a sense of urgency to make sure clients are operational and to minimize unbillable time
Qualification
Required
Must live in the service area for the position or surrounding areas
Experience as a Service Technician in the retail petroleum field is required
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with 2 or more retail petroleum product lines (such as Wayne, Verifone, Gilbarco, Passport); current or previous certification is preferred
