Responsibilities

Create and execute a content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook (plus any other channels we add)

Film on-site: job sites, flips, walkthroughs, closings, before/after reveals, tenant wins, team moments, behind-the-scenes

Capture quality photos + video (steady, well-framed, good lighting, good audio)

Edit short-form video end-to-end (Reels/TikToks): hooks, captions, pacing, transitions, on-screen text, posting

Build and manage a content calendar so we stay consistent even when things are chaotic (which they are)

Write captions that feel human and match our voice (fun when it’s fun, real when it’s real)

Drive traffic to our Facebook pages and convert it into inquiries (not just likes)

Track performance and adjust based on what’s working: messages, form fills, calls, leads, owner inquiries

Required

Proven experience creating short-form video content (your own page counts)

Can shoot clean, high-quality video and photos with intention (not shaky, dark, or 'we'll fix it in editing')

Edit fast without it feeling rushed or sloppy

Understand trends, but don't rely on trends to carry weak content

Can switch between 'punchy and funny' and 'real and emotional' depending on the moment

Are organized and can run the calendar without constant reminders

Are comfortable around people and can capture content in real-time without making it awkward

Like the real estate/construction world (or you're excited to learn it quickly)

Preferred

You've helped grow a brand/page before

You understand Meta ads, retargeting, and basic funnel thinking

You can build simple landing pages/forms or know what makes a post convert

You have basic gear (stabilizer, mic, lighting), or you know what we should buy
