Contribute expert recommendations during value engineering, cost-risk assessment, and constructability reviews
Qualification
Required
Expertise in bridge and structural design principles
Experience in project scoping and risk assessment
Knowledge of constructability and PS&E development
Strong leadership skills
Ability to provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight
Experience in developing preliminary design, structural specifications, cost estimates, and PS&E deliverables
Experience in overseeing quality control of bridge and structures deliverables
Ability to provide project scoping and pre-design support
Ability to contribute expert recommendations during value engineering, cost-risk assessment, and constructability reviews
