Reviews all acquisition files to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, State law and WSDOT regulatory and policy requirements
Responsible for processing and ensuring that property owners receive payment for acquired parcels as required by law
Qualification
Required
Technical expert in preparing legal descriptions
Experience assisting acquisition staff in clearing title encumbrances
Ability to prepare conveyance documents
Experience reviewing acquisition files for compliance with Federal Regulations, State law, and WSDOT regulatory and policy requirements
Responsible for processing payments for acquired parcels as required by law
