Responsibilities
Lead installation of medium to large-scale A/V systems, including multi-room campus solutions
Interpret design packages, scope of work, and drawings to deliver high-quality installations
Ensure standards compliance, safety, and quality control
Manage job inventory, equipment, and personnel hours
Install and configure systems from top vendors: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Kramer, Shure, Biamp, QSC, Panasonic, NEC, Samsung, Epson, Planar, and more
Work with advanced technologies: AV over IP, HDBaseT, Dante, AVB
Support conferencing systems, council chambers, and enterprise-level deployments
Qualification
Required
2+ years of A/V installation experience
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to pass background checks
Hands-on experience with CAD interpretation, cable termination, and networking fundamentals
Ability to work independently or lead a team under tight deadlines
Willingness to travel extensively (90%)
Preferred
InfoComm CTS (CTS-I a plus)
Crestron (DMC-E, DM-NVX, CTI-x)
