Postdoctoral Researcher
Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a talented and motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to lead a project focused on RNA metabolism dysregulation and oncogenesis in blood malignancies. The role requires a strong background in RNA metabolism, immunology, and cancer biology, preferably with experience in murine models.
Qualification
Required
An M.D. or Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, cancer biology, hematology, or a related discipline is required
Understanding fundamental mechanism of RNA metabolism such as RNA splicing, or RNA modifications is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, independent and creative
Preferred
Familiar with murine models is preferred
