Senior Sales Consultant – Franchise Lead Generation & Outreach (Remote, USA)
Stanley House Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their expanding team. This fully remote role focuses on generating and managing high-quality leads for franchise opportunities, leveraging relationships with top franchise systems across the USA.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective franchisees through digital campaigns and AI-powered tools
Drive to conclusion sales of leads and AI tools across 50+ existing CEO-level franchise system relationships
Qualify and manage leads, ensuring a high standard of communication and client service
Sell franchise and business acquisition opportunities to qualified candidates
Build and maintain relationships with franchise systems and consultants
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, franchise consulting, or business development (franchise sector experience preferred)
Proven track record of high performance in sales roles with a commission-based structure
Strong knowledge of franchise systems and the US franchise market
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRM, digital marketing, and AI-enabled sales tools
Ability to work remotely with >3 hours/day overlap with UK GMT business hours (US Eastern or Central Time preferred)
