Responsibilities
Design end-to-end express checkout experiences across web, iOS, and Android
Lead iteration and delivery of checkout solutions through development and experimentation
Drive continuous improvement across cart, checkout, and order details flows
Create and test design iterations for:
Urgency signals
New payment methods
Information hierarchy and layout optimization
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts in regular working sessions
Produce well-organized design files, prototypes, and stakeholder-ready presentations
Help shape industry-leading purchase experiences for one of the world’s largest online marketplaces
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional product design experience
Proven success shipping multiplatform products (Web, iOS, Android) using Figma
Strong interaction design craft with a passion for high-quality execution
Experience working directly with Product and Engineering in fast-moving environments
Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problem spaces with confidence
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to designing for everyone —customers and teammates alike
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience designing for large-scale marketplaces or commerce platforms
Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and performance-driven UX
