Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience with internal controls, audits, and risk management
Advanced skills in accounting software and spreadsheet tools
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in construction or service-based industries
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification
