Customer Experience Coordinator

Motive Companies is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to enhance customer engagement and support the Sales Organization. The role involves answering inquiries, providing individualized sales support, and resolving customer complaints related to their orders.

Responsibilities

Quote/Order Entry
Front Line queue support (4 hrs. min AUX-IN)
Service accounts to assure growth and customer satisfaction
Evaluate quote status daily and revise follow-up dates as needed
Review open order report daily, and update commit dates
Collaboration of Strategic Account Information with the Regional Sales Managers
Service/Evaluate/Upsell Customer Requests
Find new sales opportunities through inbound prospecting
Product knowledge and give inventory recommendations
Lead follow up as assigned and mail List maintenance
Building and enhancing customer relationships by servicing their immediate and future needs

Required

Minimum high school education required
Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and time management skills

Preferred

Post-secondary business education is preferred
1+ year of Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
1+ year Wireless Industry experience preferred
1 year Product Application experience preferred
