Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
Conduct regular meetings to review performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations
Ensure accurate billing and timely payment for client accounts
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, offering insights and recommendations to clients
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Gallagher's products and services to existing clients
Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to senior management
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Proficiency in account management and reporting
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams
Holds a current Property and Casualty License
Insurance knowledge and 5+ years of experience managing client relationships
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
The ability to travel as required
Preferred
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
