Responsibilities

Route Coverage: Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent

Product Delivery & Pickup: Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items

Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships

Operational Excellence: Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle

Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies

Problem-Solving: Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Communication: Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership

Required

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with a minimum age of 21 years old

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam

Strong customer service abilities and the ability to work independently yet maintain a team-oriented mindset

Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and stay on their feet for extended periods

Comfortable using and learning new technologies for operational efficiency
