Motive Companies is seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the sales of the company's products and services. The representative will develop strong client associations and act as the go-to resource while working within their designated territory.

Responsibilities

Develops sales strategies for company products and services associated with designated customers/area

Assists customers with product selection based on needs, product specifications, and regulations

Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities, via telephone calls and/or visiting potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations

Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customer needs and educates customer and sales team on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations

Completes job walks and provides quotations/bids

Coordinates efforts with other internal departments (Parts, Service, Sales, Accounting) to process purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and establish new accounts

Follows up and responds to customer inquiries/needs and provides positive, courteous service answering questions regarding product lines, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, customer service, and credit terms

Complies with all company regulations and polices

Maintains accurate and current customer profiles

Provides briefings and reports on sales activities, challenges, forecasts, etc., to management, as necessary or requested
