Responsibilities
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media that resonates with target audiences
Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing strategies
Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and SQL to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement
Oversee content management systems such as WordPress to update website content efficiently
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for digital assets
Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement
Maintain knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), B2B marketing, e-commerce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical skills to stay ahead of industry changes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits
Proficiency in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising platforms, and Google Analytics for campaign tracking and optimization
Skilled in using WordPress or other content management systems to manage website content effectively
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging visual content
Ability to analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences
Preferred
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred for technical troubleshooting and advanced campaign setup
Experience working within e-commerce environments or B2B markets is a plus
