Responsibilities

Assist with daily promotional activities, pop-ups, and community events

Engage with customers, answer questions, and promote brand messaging

Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics

Distribute promotional materials, samples, or product information

Maintain a positive and professional presence during all events

Track customer interactions, sign-ups, or engagement metrics (as needed)

Ensure promotional areas remain clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

Work closely with the Promotions Manager or team leads to execute campaign goals

Provide feedback from events to help improve future promotions
